well, first
i did nothing
then i talked to a teacher about my ideas
note, ideas, not idea
so many ideas
and that did about the complete opposite of help
which in case your not in the mood tho think, that means that it made it a bout a bajillion million more times confusing
and at this point
i could care less what i picked
because in 5 months in going to want to change it anyways
so whats the point of doing all of this, soon to be, pointless work i ask you?
because in the end, you and i both know, i am going to fail
and i don't know about you, my friend, but i have known ever since i was a wee little kid, that i wouldn't graduate in 2011
and is a fact, to me at least
and i am willing to accept it
so basically, im finding a more complicated way, as always, to say
if i don't pick my topic, and a good one at that, by the end of the week
I WILL FAIL!
and that will be no fun for any of us

but today i also read some old blog posts
to see if it would help
but i guess the fact is, today is a day that i am unable to think about my own 'problems'

So let's consider this: what genre of music?
Why music? Why is music important to you? How will music connect with your life? What are you going to DO with this topic?
im not a very positive person, im rather pessimistic when it comes to A LOT of things
ReplyDeleteand yes, i am really interested in music, but the thing is i wanted to relate this to the career i wanted to choose in the future
and at the moment is it leaning to roller coaster engineer
the genre would be rock, and the sup categories, metal, alternative, indie, punk, hard rock, rock& roll, deathcore.
and because i know that this will be a further question "why rock?" ill save you the time of asking it and just answer it now.
Because that is the music i listen to, and interests me. therefore, that is what i would like to explore.
why music?
because i believe that music is one the biggest parts of my life, and im constantly listening to it, conditions permitting that is.
also, even if you may not notice, you are bound to hear music weather you want to or not. tv, movies, talk shows, and just people singing around you, its always there, like and annoying itch that wont go a way, except for the face music isn't annoying.
i think that answer also answers "what is music important to you?" and "how will music connect with your life?"
but the what am i going to do with this topic is the hardest question. mainly because i have no clue what the action plan has to do with anything. last year all my friend did was write an essay and make a chart and he got an A. but now it seems like you expectations are set rather high, and even though it doesnt seem right, it kind of makes sense. i still like the idea i had in one of my posts about doing a survey thing where i ask questions, play a song, and i ask the same questions but the wording will be slightly different, or something like that. that way i could have real life 'statistics'. and i guess that could be considered an action plan. but im really not sure...
